- Cleaned the motherboard using an ultrasonic cleaner. (Removes all dirt & flux residue)
- Cleaned the power supply board using an ultrasonic cleaner. (Removes all dirt & flux residue)
- Replaced any nessasary capacitors or components on PSU.
- Checked, cleaned, or replaced thermal pad.
- Replaced lithium-ion c-mos battery.
- Cleaned and washed any dust and marks from the case.
- Cleaned cooling fan.
- Cleaned the DVD Drive.
- (Cleaned dust from the drive, cleaned laser, cleaned and lubricated laser rails and worm gear,
- Cleaned disc drive spindle,
- Cleaned laser position sensor.)
- Cleaned the memory card/controller port module.
- Replaced any missing screw covers or pads.
- Cleaned or replaced any rusted metal frames.
Tested the console for full operation.
Tested the DVD drive using COD3 (PS2 DVD) & X-men (PS1-CD)
The system may have some scuffs, scratches, and very minor cosmetic defects that do not take away from its reliability and operation. These cases are very hard to get in perfect condition. I do all that I can to correct what I can. That being said, it is in above average condition.
